Junior Section

Carrickvale Golf Club has always supported Junior golf, and we aim to encourage boys and girls to enjoy the sport and to improve their skills. Regular medals, support with coaching, and Monday evening get-togethers are the sort of features that we offer for boys and girls aged twelve and above.  There’s an annual outing with the costs paid by the club, and we also pay the entry fees for the very popular open competitions which take place during the school holidays in the Edinburgh area.

We hope that our juniors go on to full membership of the club when they reach 18. To make the transaction a bit easier on their (parents?) pockets we have a steeply reduced level of annual subscriptions between the age of 18 and 21.
